DENVER & OKLAHOMA CITY – Kenai Capital Advisors (“Kenai”) today announced it represented the seller, Bamboo Equity Partners (“Bamboo”), in the sale of a two-asset industrial outdoor storage portfolio totaling 36,321 square feet across 6.45 acres in Colorado and Oklahoma.
The portfolio included 5585 Marion Street in Denver, Colorado, a 10,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.32 acres, and 1813 SE 25th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a 26,321-square-foot industrial building on 5.13 acres. Both properties feature drive-in loading and significant outdoor storage areas that support contractor operations and flexible industrial use. 5585 Marion Street was built in 2002 and is positioned within Denver’s North Central submarket with direct access to Downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, and the region’s strong labor pool. 1813 SE 25th Street, built in 1980, sits within Oklahoma City’s Southeast submarket with excellent connectivity to major highways, Will Rogers World Airport, and Downtown Oklahoma City.
The buyer, a California-based private investor, was sourced by Kenai through a publicly marketed process. At sale, both assets were 100% leased to a drywall contracting company utilizing the facilities’ functional layouts and outdoor storage capabilities to maximize operations.
