DENVER, Colo. (September 1, 2026). Kenai Capital Advisors today announced that Charles Lippitt has joined the firm as a Director on its investment sales team. In this role, Lippitt will focus on multifamily investment sales and capital markets advisory in the Colorado front range markets.
Lippitt brings more than 10 years of institutional real estate experience spanning both principal investing and brokerage. He advises private investors, family offices, developers, and institutional owners through every stage of the transaction process.
Prior to joining Kenai Capital Advisors, Lippitt spent six years at Lion Rock Management, where he evaluated and executed acquisitions across multifamily, industrial, office, land, development, and infrastructure investments nationwide. Before that, he spent four years with JLL’s Multifamily Capital Markets group in Denver, where he supported more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions and helped expand the firm’s Mountain West multifamily platform.

Lippitt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University, where he played Division III lacrosse and graduated summa cum laude, and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
