We are pleased to announce the sale of Koko Plaza, a 34,174 SF mixed-use office and retail asset in Louisville, Colorado (“Property”). This 98% leased building is home to 19 tenants ranging in size from 130 SF to 4,659 SF with an average size of 1,626 SF.

The Property is strategically located at the confluence of Downtown Louisville, a future commuter rail stop, and the DeLo residential and retail development. Koko Plaza is located in the northeast corner of downtown Louisville in Boulder County, just 25 minutes north of downtown Denver, 15 minutes southeast of Boulder, and only 1 mile northwest of the Colorado Tech Center, attracting people from the entire Front Range region. Louisville is positioned as an “affordable Boulder” with several companies relocating to the area as a result of the steep prices in downtown Boulder.
